Encapsulation Meets Modern Technology

1 Drainage

Excess blood is drained out of the placenta to minimize contamination, using a hospital grade UGO™ single use drainage bag.

2 Muti-level Decontamination

Our NEOtech UV disinfection sterilizer's decontamination cycle eliminates bacteria, and while preserving the nutrients in their original form.

3 Sous Vide I

The purified placenta is secured in a vacuum-sealed Sous Vide bag. The insulated air retains heat to keep the temperature consistent and prevents evaporation.

4 Sous Vide II

We use a commercial grade thermal Sous Vide circulator to process the placenta at 210°F, being careful to find the balance between making it sterile while ensuring the nutrients and hormones maintain bioavailability.

5 Dehydration

Excess fluid is removed over 4 hours using our bacteriostatic Naboo dehydrator. 360-degree hot air circulation removes moisture content while preserving 97% of the nutrients and hormones.

6 Encapsulation

Lastly, the dried material is placed into a pulverizer stainless steel powder machine to achieve its optimum granularity. The fine ground powder is injected into HPMC vegan capsules.
