By submitting a placenta or other biological specimen to Pluscenta, you authorize Pluscenta, nubloom LLC, GenPlus Laboratories LLC, and their affiliated service providers to receive, inspect, transport, handle, process, store, and dispose of the specimen as necessary to provide the requested services and comply with applicable health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Once a biological specimen has been received by our laboratory or authorized processing facility, it cannot be returned to the customer under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where:
All biological specimens are handled in accordance with our laboratory protocols, applicable laws, and industry health and safety standards. When a specimen is determined to be unsuitable for processing, when processing has been completed, or when retention is no longer required, Pluscenta reserves the right to safely dispose of the specimen without further notice to the customer. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that Pluscenta has no obligation to preserve or return any biological specimen after it has been received.
Refund and cancellation policies vary depending on the product or service purchased.

For biological specimens, please refer to Section 7 (Biological Specimens). Once a placenta has been received by our laboratory, it cannot be returned to the customer, regardless of whether a refund is approved or processing is completed.
