At Pluscenta, we’re committed to making postpartum recovery simple and stress-free. Below you’ll find our shipping timelines, return conditions, and refund eligibility.


Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your kit ships.

Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days within the U.S.

Return Shipping
Each kit includes a prepaid UPS Next Day Air return label. You’ll receive a notification once your placenta arrives at our lab. Please follow the included instructions to safely package and ship your placenta.


Refund Policy

We understand that birth can be unpredictable — that’s why we offer flexible refunds.

Eligible for Full Refund:

  • You cancel before shipping your placenta

  • Your hospital won’t release your placenta

  • Your kit or shipment is delayed or damaged

  • Our lab declines encapsulation for safety or health reasons

  • A $35 restock fee may apply 

Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Your placenta has already been shipped to our lab

  • Your capsules have been processed or delivered
