At Pluscenta, we aim to make postpartum recovery seamless from start to finish. The following outlines our shipping timelines, return conditions, and refund eligibility.


📦 Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your kit ships.

Delivery Time

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days (U.S. only)
  • Expedited options available at checkout
  • Kits ship via USPS or UPS with tracking

Placenta Return Shipping
Your encapsulation kit includes a prepaid, pre-labeled return mailer. You’re responsible for safely packaging and shipping your placenta according to the included instructions.

Lost or Delayed Kits
If your kit hasn’t arrived within 10 business days, contact us at info@pluscenta.com and we’ll help resolve or replace it.


💸 Refund Policy

We understand birth is unpredictable. If your placenta cannot be encapsulated due to medical reasons or other factors, you're eligible for a partial or full refund based on the situation:

  • Full Refund:

    • Kit hasn't shipped
    • You notify us before your due date and return the kit unused
  • Partial Refund:

    • Kit used but placenta not processed (e.g., due to hospital protocols or infection)
    • A restocking fee may apply
  • Non-Refundable:

    • Placenta shipped late or improperly stored
    • Pills already manufactured and delivered

To request a refund, email us at info@pluscenta.com with your name and order number. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
